"Overall this was a good stay. The riverfront, Cockburn’s & a fantastic Fado restaurant is within easy walking distance Our choice of room was double-booked & we were given the larger house. The ac had been turned off because the nights were cool. The problem was the day was very warm & the house was stuffy and we were told that we couldn’t leave the door open. The owner turned the ac on later in the night & it was very pleasant afterward."

"You are 30 mins from everything in Porto and only an hour from Douro Valley vineyards. I really liked the vibe of this country setting, with the small town of Melres nearby for groceries and cafes. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and would definitely come back to explore the area more."

"Our group of 13 adults enjoyed our stay in this roomy and updated VRBO. We used all 6 of the apartment units within the VRBO, which was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio courtyard within the VRBO. Communications with the VRBO manager were clear and very timely. Excellent value."

"Really cool house with a big property. A lot of space, privacy and opportunities. The pool is perfect to refresh and the whirpool is a nice spot to relax in the evening. There are a lot of things provided like volleyballs, frisbee, football, ....
