A internet do Hotel estava péssima. Na chegada havia apenas uma recepcionista e uma fila de hospedes para serem atendidos. Solicitei um quarto com vista para frente do hotel e recebi dos fundos, foi solicitado troca e recebi um de frente com apenas uma cama, sendo que reservei um quarto com 2 camas de casal (3 hospedes), troquei novamente e recebi novamente um quarto dos fundos, portanto na quarta tentativa e depois de 30 minutos recebi o quarto com 2 camas de casal e vista para frente do hotel. O hotel tem de positivo um excelente café da manhã com excelente atendimento ao responsáveis pelo café da mnhã.

Ótimas acomodações, os quartos do lado de trás do hotel não tem vista muito boa, mas o hotel é muito aconchegante e limpo. Boa localização para viajantes, ótimo café da manhã.

Hotel excelente, limpo, cama e chuveiros ótimos, porém, acústica péssima… não conseguia dormir porque dava pra ouvir o ronco do hóspede do quarto ao lado… acordei antes da hora também devido a conversas no quarto ao lado, que parecia ser no meu quarto de tão alta q dava pra ouvir… fora isso, hotel excelente.

atendimento razoável

Cheguei no hotel e pedi ajuda para o atendente para levar uma mala porque eu estava com outras e não conseguia levar , tinha 3 atendentes conversando sem fazer nada, um deles fez cara feia e disse que eles não fazem esse serviço . Minha nossa , eles viram q ele sozinha não conseguia o que custava um me ajudar e levar uma mala . O hotel não tinha ninguém . Se estivessem ocupados eu até entenderia .
