The gal at the desk was very helpful when we needed to change our reservation! Floor in our room wasn't vacuumed, the rest of the room was for the most part clean. There was some repair done in our room that wasn't very well done and more repairs and a lamp that needed replaced. There were very few options offered for breakfast. It was quiet, shower water was definitely warm enoughand again, the lady at the front desk was professional, polite, friendly and helpful!

Good for an overnight stay with my dog. Clean room. VERY friendly and helpful staff -- Mitzi is marvelous. It's apparent the company hasn't done a good job of maintaining the facility. Coffee makers are available upon request. They were removed because of guests' actions. I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate waffle at breakfast!

Older property. Squeaky floors. Bedding was a bit worn but the bed was quite comfy. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good price compared to others nearby.

This property was very run down. The carpets in the hall and stairway hadnt seen a vacuum in 3 months. The carpet in the room had stains. The bed and towels were very clean. But the room was dusty. I would not recomend this property to anyone.

Great but terrible

The staff was super friendly, and the environment was definitely warm, but not very welcoming. Very dirty place from wall to wall, both my son’s and my bed had broken legs so when you laid in bed, the side you’re laying on falls to the ground and the side you’re not laying on sticks up in the air an extra 8 inches. Again, we were very grateful for the friendly staff, and for having a place to close our eyes for the night, but this hotel needs a serious remodel, and the owner needs to step up and make some serious upgrades and additions.

It's the cheapest I could find in Douglas, WY, but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff very nice. The computer was down, so they couldn't get me an access card until it came back online. I checked back once and it wasn't online, so I didn't check back again. Fortunately, I didn't have to go anywhere, but it would have been nice to get a call when I could have gotten a card key. Also, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. The room was very clean otherwise. Lastly, the hotel needs a renovation.

Overpriced old small hotel

Rooms very small and very overpriced. No elevator. No glasses in room except a Dixie cup, drain plug on sink would not come up, no coffee maker in room. Only one towel. Breakfast area so small only held two people. Room had a smell. Would never stay here unless I had to. The girl at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Person at checkout was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me when I left

Room was neglected, there was snow inside the window frames from leaks in the window. The bathroom sink was clogged. Sheetrock hanging down from bathroom ceiling. Food on the floor by the bathtub, small pieces of macaroni it looked like. Comforters were paper thin and not warm at all. I do not recommend this hotel. We did not get what we paid for.
