10 minutes from Cahors, "le Moulinat" family manor from the 17th century is located in a loop of the lot, at a place called Cessac, in the town of Douelle. this house nestled in a wooded park, surrounded by vineyards and market gardening will seduce you with its calm and authenticity. The village of Douelle accessible on foot by cutting 700 meters through the vines or by road by car has many amenities (restaurants, food-press bakery, doctor, physiotherapist, post office, paragliding school, tennis, nautical base etc.).
