We found it extremely difficult to locate. We had two GPS/sat-navs and both could not find the hotel. The first room we had downstairs smelled of smoke (despite being a non-smoking room) but the staff moved us upstairs to a fresher room. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. But locating the hotel and having an issue with the room was somewhat frustrating.

Good problem solving
Although we booked a non smoking room, we got a smoking room. But staff was so embarrassed and apologized and tried to make The room smell better. IT was The last room so we had in fact no choice. We accepted and in the end we had a very pleasant stay. Clean, friendly, good restaurant

What is going between hotels.com and the hotel ?
During the checkout I had the very unpleasant surprise of having the receptionist asking me to pay for the room, despite the fact that the room was prepaid on Internet and that I showed the payment confirmation. I will closely monitor my bank account but this was really not nice. And if it appears that she was true, this will seriously decrease my trustbin Hotels.com website.

accueil sympathique, chambres petites mais suffisantes. Pleins de bouts de végétaux sur la tablette bureau et dans le lit, en 2 petites minutes c'était nettoyé.
