    The property is very close to the Sables Blancs and Saint-Jean beaches. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, a terrace, and a sunny garden.



    On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with laundry room (washing machine, dryer, space for beach gear) and a large living area with open kitchen leading to the terrace and garden.
