"They advertise as pet friendly but accused me of trying to sneak in my two dogs and used my credit card i gave them for a $50 deposit for ‘incidentals’ to charge me $250 for not disclosing my dogs. I was never asked about dogs and assumed dog friendly meant dogs welcome and my dogs went everywhere with me made no noise or mess. They are scamming-i noticed several reviews with same opinion. Room was dumpy and i could hear noises from other rooms all night and front desk person very unfriendly and acted like i bothered her even though i was just being my nirmal friendly self -talked to iwner he did bot even care what i had to say"

But when my stay went from one night two two and now three Reno at the front desk gave me a great rate was very nice and understanding of my situation I would highly recommend anyone to stay here .
