Studio 'Su 2 Livelli' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The small apartment is part of the Agriturismo "La Fonte di Mariella" and is located in the mountains of Lake Como at 800 meters above sea level (7.5 km and 15 minutes by car from the lake) immersed in tranquility.



The apartment, on 2 levels, is composed of an entrance hall with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the upper floor and can accommodate 2 people.

It also has a shared outdoor area with table, chairs and umbrella, where you can relax in the open air and eat surrounded by a centuries-old chestnut grove.



The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV.

In addition, the Agriturismo has 1 small wellness area with sauna and hot tub (service with additional cost).

It is also possible to rent 2 e-bikes or recharge the electric car (at the main parking lot).



The nearest parking lot is located along the road, a few meters from the entrance gate of the secondary structure: from here you can reach the apartment by climbing a few steps on foot.

The main building (with reception and restaurant) also has a large private car park; the access ramp is a bit steep, but can be used by all types of cars.



Pets are allowed (as long as they are tame and do not climb on beds and sofas). Please note that there are other animals roaming freely in the Agriturismo.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



The Agriturismo produces honey, cured meats, eggs, vegetables, blueberries, jams, etc. and has a large enclosure with animals.

There is also a restaurant (reservations are appreciated).



The stairs inside the apartment are very steep and may be unsuitable for elderly people and children.



Please note that breakfast is not included in the price (if desired, you can use the service with an additional cost).
