Be it the successful work week, the trip with the family, wellness & shopping with the girlfriend, the culture weekend for the night shift, Phönixsee, open air, or festival of lights in the Westfalenpark, Ruhr High German, the Christmas market, the love for BVB, the DFB football museum, concert hall , Dortmund à la carte, the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path or the diverse trade fair calendar (weddings, creativas, Dortmund autumn, dog & horse, intermodeling ...) - we can offer the perfect mix of experiences: the colorful city life surrounded by the Ruhr area, Bergisches and Münsterland.

Thanks to its central location, you can achieve all of this in no time. The B1 (A40), Dortmund Airport (15 min), U-Bahn stop Voßkuhle U47 (north-south), S-Bahn stop Körne West S4 (east-west) are 700m away. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the Old Market or walk to the lively Kaiserstrasse district with many cafes, restaurants and shops (dm, pharmacies). The house is in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.

With us you can just let your mind wander and dream a quiet weekend with a breakfast basket. A folder of ideas is then available for spontaneous tips.

You can expect a quiet bedroom with double bed (180x200) with garden view. A travel cot for small children is available on request. In the living room with comfortable furniture, television and DVD player, two older children or two other adults can sleep on a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are there for you.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and has space for up to six people at the table - perfect for self-catering. Children's chairs for 1-3 years and 3-7 years and ironing board and iron are available.

In addition, a furnished south-west terrace is waiting for you for a nice outdoor breakfast or to relax.

Unseren erneuten Aufenthalt in der Kleinen Auszeit fanden wir sehr erholsam und stressfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr einladend und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, so dass wir uns hier sofort wieder zurechtgefunden haben. Zudem liegt die Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, aber dennoch zentral.Der Kontakt war absolut freundlich und völlig unkompliziert.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check in erfolgte über den Schlüsseltresor. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett. Parken durften wir direkt vor dem Haus. Im Haus war es sehr sauber und gemütlich. Genügend Handtücher sowie viele nette Details in der Wohnung waren vorhanden. Unsere Tochter fand die Spielzeugschublade sehr toll :) Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es war ruhig und die Fenster können komplett verdunkelt werden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr :) Die Terrasse ist natürlich auch nochmal ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist relativ grün, (bis auf kleine Ausnahmen) ruhig und geräumig mit Terrasse. Der Geruch aus dem Abflussrohr wird sicherlich beseitigt, denn der Vermieter kümmert sich gut um die Wohnung. Parken nicht ganz einfach, aber in der Nähe möglich. Das Zentrum ist per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Fahrrad muss man allerdings mitbringen.

Wir genießen den Aufenthalt im der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung immer wieder sehr! Nicht nur die Gastgeber sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, auch die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts (und wir reisen mit unserer einjährigen Tochter, da fehlt ja eigentlich immer irgendwann irgendwas). Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt oder der S-Bahn/ Bus. Vielleicht kommen wir bald einmal wieder.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen für eine Nacht da. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und erhielten eine gründliche Einweisung. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Julia und Hauke! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mehr als perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind hervorragend. Aber auch die übrigen Möbel und das Bad sind hochwertig und zugleich praktisch. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung erlaubt es, das Wohnzimmer mit dem Schlafsofa als zweites Schlafzimmer zu nutzen, da die Küche mit Essplatz als Aufenthaltsraum ausreicht und das Bad vom Flur aus zu erreichen ist – perfekt! Vieles konnten wir bei 1 Übernachtung ohne Mahlzeiten gar nicht nutzen – was wir bedauert haben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, auch mal für mehrere Tage!
