Loved staying at this property. This property is in walkable distance from the central train station, there is another local underground station close to this property. Great food options around the hotel, very friendly hotel staffs and good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!

Staff good people. But bathroom toilet separate from shower very uncomfortable never seen anything like that before. In three days never came to the room to clean at all. No new towels after a few days at least. Also bed are divided mattress. Very uncomfortable. Like I said staff ok and also location ok. In general hotel it self is remodeled and looks good.

Terrible air conditioning. Staff could not help me with the airconditioning since there is 1 remote for all air conditioning in the entire hotel. Took the measure in own hands and reprogrammed the AC for my own room with my wife. Had a great sleep after figuring the AC out. So thanks but no thanks to the staff.

Wir wurden sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel strahlt insgesamt Achtsamkeit und freundliches Ambiente aus. Leider wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert, dass das Bett im Deluxe DZ nur 1,60 m breit ist, und nur eine Bettdecke hat. Dies ist unpassend für uns als ältere Gäste. Wünschenswert wäre diesbezügliche eine hinweisende Beschreibung. Da wir davon ausgingen, dass im Deluxe DZ mindestens 1,80 m Betten ständen.
