Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Einige Mitarbeiter können leider nicht gut deutsch und sprechen z. B. beim Check-in auf einmal englisch mit dir. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher mittelmäßig - viele Partygänger, Obdachlose und Drogensüchtige, sodass man sich abends leider nicht sicher fühlt. Der Kakao beim Frühstück hatte leider stets eine Kaffeenote - trotz korrekter Auswahl (wahrscheinlich Pulver beim Einfüllen in die Maschine verwechselt).

Rezeption bei Ankunft etwas snipisch…auf die Frage, ob evtl. auch das Zimmer schon um 11 Uhr bezogen werden kann. Ein einfaches, nein, z.Zt. leider nicht möglich hätte ausgereicht. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, aber leider wird nicht immer automatisch aufgefüllt und meines Erachtens ist das Platzangebot zum Frühstücken für die Größe des Hotels zu klein konzipiert. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Wir werden es immer wieder buchen.

Das Hotel hat leider nur wenige Parkplätze. Wir haben in einem benachbarten Parkhaus (max. 5 Min zu Fuß) geparkt. Ansonsten war alles super. Das Personal war bis auf einen sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter (war nur nachts vor Ort) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war echt super, Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. LAGE IST perfekt, ca. 8 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück hatte alles was man brauchte, und man konnte sich auch zwischendurch was holen.

Das Hotel war völlig ok,aber wenn ich beim Frühstück sitze,und gegenüber auf dem Platz sitzen die Obdachlosen und geben sich die Kante da kann einem schon das Essen vergehen.Da sollten sie sich mal was einfallen lassen,das wird bestimmt einigen Gästen nicht gefallen.

Das Hotel ist ganz okay, aber das Umfeld ist nicht mal einen Stern wert. Obdachlose, die vor unseren Augen auf die Straße scheißen, Drogenabhängige, Bettler, Sperrmüll und Unrat allerorten. Dutzendfacher Alkoholmissbrauch schon um 8:00 Uhr morgens.Sicherheitsgefühl low Level. Das ist Deutschland, das ist Dortmund am Dortmunder U. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Zimmer sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war sehr sehr gut, das Zimmer könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Und: Garderoben-Haken für Jacken im Flur und für Handtücher im Bad fehlen. Sonst alles in Ordnung.

Een echte aanrader! Kleinschalig, super netjes, gezellig en gastvrij. Geen grote eetzaal, maar knusse zitplekjes en heerlijk ontbijt. De familiekamer is top 2 2 personen. Hotel ligt op 3min van de winkelstraat en in 15 min loop je naar hartje centrum.
