Great hotel with the perfect breakfast and best coffees ever and it is perfectly close to everything, shopping , dining , soccer stadium and soccer museum .. I definitely will go back there again

Nice room, nice bed. One towel, sink leaked, no Kleenex, no eggs for breakfast, no parking -- garage was full? Reported all of this to staff who could only offer "sorry". Not up to Marriott standards.

Brilliant hotel! Very comfortable and clean!

We loved our stay at this hotel. We’ve been travelling around Europe with our small dog and this was one of the best hotels. Comfortable beds, a kitchen area for us to make food, nice shower room, everything was pristine and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff greeted us at the check in was very friendly. It was just a short walk to the station, also within walking distance to the high street. A plus as a buffet breakfast was included. Overall a happy stay.

Great location

This hotel is in a really good location with easy access to the centre of Dortmund. Room was a good size and has a kitchenette which we didn’t use. The only thing was the shower water leaked over the whole bathroom floor. The room itself was comfortable with everything you need

Great place! The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel room is big and is equipped with kitchen. Breakfast basic but with good options. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, because the water gets out and flood the entire bathroom. I was able to access to late check out, awesome!

The room & breakfast were excellent, and staff friendly. However, staff knocked on our door around 8.30 to clean our room, even though we had a checkout time of 11am. Why didn’t the staff know this? Also, our room 426 was opposite a ‘colleagues only’ room with a loud door that continuously opened & closed. It sounded like our own door was being opened & slammed. We would have appreciated less disturbance after paying a lot of money for one night. It was expensive, and had high expectations. On advice of staff, we woke early to ensure we could fit into the small breakfast eating area.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Einige Mitarbeiter können leider nicht gut deutsch und sprechen z. B. beim Check-in auf einmal englisch mit dir. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher mittelmäßig - viele Partygänger, Obdachlose und Drogensüchtige, sodass man sich abends leider nicht sicher fühlt. Der Kakao beim Frühstück hatte leider stets eine Kaffeenote - trotz korrekter Auswahl (wahrscheinlich Pulver beim Einfüllen in die Maschine verwechselt).

Rezeption bei Ankunft etwas snipisch…auf die Frage, ob evtl. auch das Zimmer schon um 11 Uhr bezogen werden kann. Ein einfaches, nein, z.Zt. leider nicht möglich hätte ausgereicht. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, aber leider wird nicht immer automatisch aufgefüllt und meines Erachtens ist das Platzangebot zum Frühstücken für die Größe des Hotels zu klein konzipiert. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Wir werden es immer wieder buchen.

Das Hotel hat leider nur wenige Parkplätze. Wir haben in einem benachbarten Parkhaus (max. 5 Min zu Fuß) geparkt. Ansonsten war alles super. Das Personal war bis auf einen sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter (war nur nachts vor Ort) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
