Wonderful last minute find

What an amazing hotel. It is beautiful inside and out. Great customer service. Wonderfully large rooms and spacious bathrooms. Good range of hanging space. Would highly recommend you book at this hotel.

We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The room, bar and staff were all wonderful! The only issue i had was that the room was never cleaned so no fresh towels or toilet roll or bin emptied. Had to ask reception 3 times. Other than that it was good.

Room was delayed and they moved to other room for night and complimentary breakfast to apologise. So was all fine. Room, location, food and staff were all excellent. Lower score as didn’t tell us about working going on at hotel so early morning and late banging which did disrupt sleep and some of the comfort for the trip.

Unusual I had to make the bed that was odd. If I need anything like toilet paper or sugar etc I had to go to reception to get it. No telephone in room, room service was by leaving I door sign. I found things I little strange I have stayed in Germany before.

Wouldn’t stay here again .

Nice hotel centrally located but that’s it !! NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL , this hotel has no parking as described on their website , you need to find parking yourself somewhere else then walk to the hotel , not convenient when arriving in the evening as we found very difficult to find one . Poor customer service , the staff at reception were USELESS and unhelpful who spoke almost no English , to find the bedroom was a labyrinth of stairs , pathetic and what a joke ! Wouldn’t stay here again !

There was no parking available. I book this place as a stop on my journey from Englad to Poland. Unfortunately there was no oarking at the hotel. I had to continue my journey without a break becauce i hadn't no other hotels check-in available ( after 10pm). The nearest secured parking were closed or full. Additionally i must notice that the picture of the hotel attached to the advertisement on your site suggests that this building is located in open area ( probably neighbouring object had been erased from the view for better effect. What more, there was problem to park a car in front of entrance, very little space there and i needed do drive across crowdy pavement. I paid for reservation online but when i arrived i was required 100 euro deposit in cash with no ealier notice. Taking u derconsideration the fact that it is 4 star hotel my opinion is negative, no recommendation will be done.

First of all I want to start with the good points: Hotel staff was friendly and the room was large and clean But: Room E101 is half in the hallway just above the bar. And on top of that they are doing construction works on that floor with the room for all the equipment of the handy men in front of room e101. Constant noise of the workers going in and out, using their tools, and people waiting there for their lift. And as bar was still open at 2am just under the room it was echoing in the room. I also booked that hotel because it was in walking distance of the city center with a private parking. Parking was already full at 4 pm but they told me I could use another parking 300m further. That is the parking of the Shopping Mall. I had to pay 27€ for not even 24 hours. So hotel expierence could have been much better if for example I would have been on the let's say 3rd floor and if parking was not such a rip off. never take room E101!!!!!! ceetainly not as long as work is in progress but even after that it is very loud!!!

Im ersten Moment wirkte das Hotel sehr pompös und wirklich schön, bei genauerem hinsehen waren doch einige Mängel zu erkenne (lose Türgriffe am Bad, Fenster die nicht richtig zu gingen und Lampen an der Decke die nicht richtig fest waren). Nachts liefen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene schreiend und laut polternd durch die Gänge und selbst als man den Hinweis gegeben hat, dass es Leute gibt die schlafen müssen änderte sich nichts an dieser Situation und man ist kaum zur Ruhe gekommen. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr gut, genug Auswahl und für jeden was dabei.

Das Hotel ist vollkommen ok, trotz Umbauarbeiten. Es gibt nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit was den Frühstückraum betrifft Das Geschiebe der Stühle auf den Fliesen von den Gästen ist nervig. Vielleicht einfach als Abhilfe Filz unter due Beine der Stühle kleben. Ist jedoch nur nein persönliches Empfinden
