Hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Great location for the BIC and a good breakfast was served. Can’t complain at that.

The facilities were ideal. We booked in last minute due to another booking falling through. This was directly opposite our venue, and it was central for pubs and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well presented, and the room was spacious with a TV and Tea making facilities, and an en suite bathroom. I will remember this hotel should I come back to Bournemouth.

The Hotel was very convenient for the BIC where we were attending a Show as I have temporary mobility issues. The Hotel Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the use of the disabled parking next to the Hotel. The Restaurant Staff were also very friendly and efficient and the food excellent. Would definitely use the Hotel again.

Really terrific staff - what a great asset they are! From housekeeping to reception to the restaurant - they all smiled and greeted us and couldn't be more kind Very tasty and relaxed breakfast Very well sized rooms I know that In some reviews people have commented on the furniture being dated....just IGNORE them. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great with an excellent location and very clean. That is all that really matters. Keep up the great hotel

Great location with view of Bournemouth pier. Breakfast was good at attached restaurant included with our stay. Room and bathroom was large and bed very comfortable. Easy to get around in buses. Excellent olace to stay. Highly recommend

Really pleasant hotel perfect location
Booked two rooms for a one night with my partner and two teenagers. The rooms were next to one another and really spacious. Our room was a little cold but when we told reception they boosted the heating. The location was brilliant for bournemouth town centre and really close to the pier and the beach. We parked in the car park right opposite for £14 for 24 hours which was ok. Breakfast was ok, had a choice from the menu, no real complaints. Would recommend this hotel and would definately return. The staff were very friendly and found the hotel to be clean. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Central last night! So convenient for the BIC! We literally had to walk over the road and we were there! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The bed was really comfortable- the best night’s sleep I have had for ages! Breakfast was included and this was freshly cooked - a really lovely hotel to stay in!

Good location
Not the biggest of rooms but adequate and a nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was included but had to pay extra for a Capachinno. Very convenient for the centre of Bournemouth

Good standard of hotel. Nice rooms, excellent friendly staff. Restaurant food is extremely good, seafood particularly. Recommended place to stay when in Bournemouth.

We love Park Central perfect location clean and tidy great staff have been several times Only had two minor things we stayed in room 207 added bonus of sea view but was located at back of restaurant and close to what seemed to be staff meeting point so noise seemed to travel a bit I did check if windows were open to reduce noise but windows were closed it was loud at times but not unbearable, the only other point is the car parking now upto £28 for weekend up from £22 on our last stay so allow in your budget

An ideal location for attending the Bournemouth International Centre. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well decorated. It also has a very good restaurant. On the not so good side the room could do with some pictures on the walls and coat hooks on the back of the door. Also the the flexible tube linking the shower head to the tap was too short and restricted the height of the shower head for taller people.

From the moment we arrived we had excellent service. The lady in reception, bar staff and waiters went that extra mile. Room spotless as were other areas in the hotel. Food amazing, an absolute gem. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I think this property was advertised as 4 star ..its 3 at best .noisy and loud in this area of bournemouth .good breakfast ...water and cookies and the fan helped in our room ...pillows were to hard ...not soft enough ...staff was very good and friendly too ...front desk check in was very good ...very polite lady who was very informative about what to do and how to go about welcoming us to the hotel.overall this hotel is ok .The main factor was the traffic and loud restaurant 200 ft away playing loud music until 2.00 am or so ....

The staff were very personable and very helpful finding tourist info for us. The room was very spacious, comfortable and a nice view of the port. On-site car parking would have been nice but the parking building is straight across the road. Would certainly stay again.

A good location for a stay in Bournemouth, close to a lot of restaurants, the pier, the high street and the cinema. Staff were all very nice, especially the receptionist chap. The breakfast was fine but a few more cooked options would have been better.

Good hotel perfect location Basic double room Lovely breakfast and great service Lovely woman at reception Staff here very polite and helpful Downside is parking is opposite at the BIC at a discounted rate of £14 from 12 pm until 12 pm next day which they don’t state when booking so I would of been annoyed if I’d booked more then one night! It’s only once you book they email you to notify you of parking One of the reasons I booked here was to not have to pay extra for parking and easy access /location etc but the hotel did extend our parking until 4 pm free of charge This should be made clearer on hotels website though BIC is right opposite so only couple min walk Had a lovely weekend in Bournemouth Yes I’d stay here again just wish you could use the car park at side of hotel free of charge

Lovely 2 night stay
Hotel was in a brilliant location, minutes to the seafront and a lovely park to walk through, although at night it could do with better lighting for safety. Great and attentive staff at reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. The decor and style is faded elegance, but it was spotlessly clean. Please invest in some new pillows as ours were lumpy and old and need replacing. Room was very hot although there was a fan, it wobbled and was not very effective. Overall our stay was great though and we wouldn't hesitate in staying again. Parking was paid separately and we would prefer if this was included in the room price as there aren't any alternatives if you bring a car.
