Tolles Haus
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wirklich alles vorhanden. Nur neue Pfannen wären mal was. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Den Schlüssel muss man im Ort bei der Verwaltung abholen und abgeben, aber für uns kein Problem, nur wenige Straßen weiter.

Objekt in Ordnung - Rahmenbedingungen nicht optimal
Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben und gut geeignet für Kinder. Das Ferienhaus ist funktional eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Als wir ankamen, stand eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung im Haus, eine nette Geste! Die Betten sind wie für Ferienwohnungen üblich sehr weich. Die Rahmenbedingungen zur Anmietung sind leider sehr suboptimal: - Die Endreinigung ist zwar in der Anzeige erwähnt, allerdings wird sie bei der Buchung („zum Gesamtpreis von xxx€ buchen“) nicht angezeigt. Eine Rechnung für die Endreinigung habe ich nicht erhalten. - Bei der Buchung werden 20€ pro Haustier als „Pet-fee“ berechnet, zusätzlich dazu kommen aber noch einmal die 10€ Mehrkosten bei der Endreinigung. Alles sehr unübersichtlich. Das geht besser. -Die Abholung der Schlüssel muss in der Nachbarschaft 2 Straßen weiter bei der Hausverwalterin erfolgen - das ist leider Stand der 90er Jahre. Vor Ort muss dann auch direkt Kurtaxe und Endreinigung bezahlt werden - natürlich nur in bar. Schade. - zusätzlich werden Leistungen angeboten, die heutzutage vielfach im Preis inbegriffen sind: Handtücher kosten extra - die Preise dafür variieren von Mail zu Mail. Ebenso Bettwäsche. Und der Fenstergriff, den einer vorher bemängelt hat, dass er nach einem Jahr noch nicht repariert ist, ist immer noch defekt.

Da wir das Haus bereits kannten haben wir uns erneut für die Buchung entschieden. Leider war die Terrassentür immer noch defekt (über 1 Jahr), das sollte endlich mal repariert werden. Ansonsten alles okay.

Klasse Ferienhaus. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet
Zusatzkosten wie Bettwäsche Handtuchpaket, Endreinigung nerven. Erst Schlüsseln am Ferientage woanders abholen und dann erst Zusatzkosten bezahlen verdirbt das erste Urlaubsfeeling. Vorabzahlung nicht möglich. Vor Ort Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Ferienhaus klasse und mit allem eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ferienwohnung besser geht nicht. Das drumherum stark verbesserungswürdig.
