"This place was such a spectacular find. We used it as our base for traveling through the highlands and it was perfect. Amazingly well-stocked kitchen and such cool wildlife on the property!We saw the elusive pine marten while having a glass of wine in the sun room one evening and were so excited (didn't get a photo unfortunately)!With it being in a remote area, there are also quite a lot of spiders, which was hard for the arachnophobe in the group, so make sure if you stay to keep windows closed...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Wee Hoose. Everything required for a comfortable break away was provided. We particularly loved the welcome pack and fresh flowers on arrival. The cottage was clean and cosy with a fabulous view from the garden and very strong wi-fi. The Wee Hoose felt welcoming, like a home away from. Thanks for a relaxing stay."

"We are 2 seniors in our 70s. We knew that there would be stairs, but the listing did not reflect the magnitude of the stairs involved. Perhaps that was our fault for not asking enough questions, but the listing could be more forthright.On arrival, you have two choices. The rear parking area is fine, but the path down to the house is loose stones, so prepare to carry your luggage down. You can access the house from the street, but it is also steep, and the walkway is rough stones with limited...
