About this property

Penthouse apartment no. 10 on the 2nd floor on the right (garden view, large roof terrace)

  • Our STUDIO PENTHOUSES have a size of approx. 45 m².
    Our one-room apartments are equipped with a bed (140cm x 200cm),
    a living and dining area (armchair, coffee table, TV, desk),
    a kitchen (including kitchen utensils) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
    In addition, each penthouse has a spacious roof terrace with a garden-view.
    Bed linen and towels for a maximum of two people per apartment are provided
    by the house and changed during basic cleaning once a month. Vacuum cleaners,
    brooms and wipers are available for cleaning the apartments yourself.
    In the laundry room there are washing machines and dryers for our residents to use.
    The following services are included in the monthly rent of 1690,00€:
    ∙ weekly apartment cleaning (incl. change of towels and bed linen)
    ∙ 24 hours emergency call
    ∙ all additional costs
    ∙ free WIFI
    ∙ caretaker service
