"We were offered a king bed (I had booked two queen beds) so I said sure, but that room had not been cleaned! There was different colored hair in the tub, in and around the sink, and in the sheets! There was a tissue in the trash can and the top comforter had stains; all signs that it had not been cleaned, they just made the bed. I immediately requested another room. It was a single queen. I wish I would’ve been given what I originally reserved- and cleaned!! "

"Such an enjoyable stay at this unique and quaint VRBO. The caboose was spotless and well stocked with anything one could need. Loved the fireplace and hot tub! John was most accommodating - keeping us informed of upcoming snowstorm before our reservation and offering to extend our stay or reschedule at the last minute. "

"there was lack of clarity around whether my AARP or AAA membership was applied; although I was told if I didn't use it when I made the reservation on line; It probably wasn't applied. I mentioned it when I checked in but they never asked for my card to verify my membership."
