Stunning Beachfront Cottage Ballybunion

"A beautiful home with beautiful views. We stayed for the month of September and loved our stay. It was easy to get to many towns and cities. The Tarbert Ferry was convenient in bringing us to Clare. Dermot was most helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends"

"Great location and friendly checkin. Place is bigger than you think and we went upstairs and down some hallways and doors to our room. The room was perfect with a little seating area to watch things go by with a view of the bay. Dinner was delicious with a good selection (book early) and breakfast was cooked to your request. The full Irish breakfast was excellent! All in all a great hotel and restaurant with a bar and ideally placed. Loved it."

"An Absolutely Magical Stay My husband and I stayed at Armada House while visiting Spanish Point, and our experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a sea-view room with a beautiful copper tub, which was such a luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were wonderful, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was truly out of this world! Our entire stay was phenomenal and felt genuinely magical. We highly recommend Armada House—it is absolutely worth it. If we are ever back in this part of Ireland, we will definitely stay here again!"

"Our family of 8 just returned from a wonderful trip to Ireland, and our stay at the boat house was one of the best things about it! The house was perfect for our family- everyone had their own private bed and bath, very comfy, with wonderful views from every room. Our favorite things to do were watching the horses, especially the cute little foal being quite naughty to his patient mother, and watching the boats go by on the other side and the tide coming in and going out. Also we loved walking up the lane, all the beautiful wildflowers, not to mention the beautiful flowers at the house. This house is truly a gem, we all wanted to stay longer. Michelle is a wonderful host, so welcoming and had delicious scones and bread waiting fot us. We would stay again for sure!"
Luxury Beach Getaway with Stunning Views, Peaceful & Private Setting

"The house is outstanding and the location is wonderful. The views are amazing. We had a minor problem with coffee, but Patrick took care of that before we left. Wifi was spotty in the house, it worked in the bedrooms and upstairs, but not in the dining room or kitchen where we tended to gather. I think Patrick is working on that problem, and it should be fixed soon. Both Morrisey's and Tubrioy's restaurants in Doonbeg serve excellent food. The Kilkee Cliff walk nearby is outstanding, as well as the loop head lighthouse hike. We had a great time."
Sea Haven - Stunning Sea Views!

"For almost a week this was our home for 10 for our daughter’s destination wedding on the Cliffs of Moher. Peaceful, serene, with incredible water views from almost every room, yet well located to the local pubs with short drives for much more to see, shop, and do. The five upstairs bedrooms each offered en-suite baths. The parlor was perfect for those wanting to relax by TV, the sunroom to read and write and talk, the side yard offered a romantic water view setting for writing wedding vows, and the field down the street gave us an incredible backdrop for memorable wedding photos. The fully equipt and stocked kitchen gave us dining options, full laundry room kept our clothes fresh, and there was an additional bathroom for visitors, with a tub for the bride to relax and prepare. The grand piano, for those of us that could play, completed the picture adding its ambiance. The weather was unseasonably warm, but all was handled by opening windows and taking in the Irish cross-breezes. In-and-of-itself, this is a definite destination vacation home for families wanting to bond and create memories. Our hosts were gracious sending a champagne toast for the happy couple and allowing us to host the “rehearsal” dinner the night before the nuptials. What more can be said than ‘thank you’ for this authentic experience! It could not have been better. Victoria"
