"From the moment we walked in, we were in love with this lovely home. As hosts, they thought of everything!! You will feel spoiled and pampered when you stay here. In the refrigerator, we were gifted local smoked salmon, Irish cheese, Irish crackers, fresh eggs, milk and juice. There were real wool throw blankets curled up next to the over stocked fireplace. "My husband and I enjoyed our 6 night stay at this superb cottage very much. The location was amazing! The owner, Mary was extremely responsive and helpful. Plus Marys dog who paid us a visit every day at least once was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this well equipped cottage!"

"The cottage was clean and charming. It was in an excellent location overlooking country farms and the Oceanside inlet town of Kilkee and near dramatically beautiful cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. The owners Thomas and Margaret were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this place for an Irish vacation."

"Pros: - beautiful interior design has a luxurious yet cozy feel - warm and comfy, a great getaway from the winter storms outside - walls of windows make for an amazing view - all the amenities you need for your stay (we cooked, made coffee, listened to music on their Bluetooth speaker, took a bath) - short walk/drive to a convenience store/gas station - finding it was easy with Google maps (but there’s no signage otherwise) Cons - none! It’s lovely!"

"Outstanding stay! Property is comfortable and quiet. Room was large and well appointed for three golfers. The owner, David, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He arranged travel to and from downtown and golf during our three day stay — he actually drove us himself early one morning. We had also arranged for a car service to drive us from Ballybunion to Lahinch, but they showed up in a small vehicle and we had three set of golf clubs luggage. David solved our problem by quickly arranging a van, which met us on property within 20 mins. Life saver!! Can’t recommend the Tides more highly!"
