For skiing nearby, once still has to walk a lot or use the car to get to nearby parking spot in case the nearby lift is closed.

Good stay

Very good service, good views, ok food, comfy beds. The spa was also ok: big jaquzzi, sauna & relax area. It’s not a five star hotel but it was worth the money.

Everybody was really nice, smiling. Who decorates the tables for the breakfast and dinner has a very good taste, there were beautiful napkins, colours matched very well to each other.

Enjoying the spa, suffering from no elevator

The place is quiet, there is parking infront of the hotel for free, the service is welcoming and the spa is great (best thing in the hotel). However, the rooms are small and everything looks old. Moreover, the breakfast is basic and there is no elevator to the rooms!

Above and beyond.

Staff are very helpful. I had car trouble and the staff went out of their way to help. Issue solved - need that kind of help when there are no local garages The buffets are very good and there is lots of food! I needed a quite place with a good suana and local skiing. My room warm and comfortable. Other than the fact the red wine was too warm - great spot, Not a solo spot - but I needed the downtime - good family place.

Nice hotel close to the ski slopes.

The staff is exceptionally nice, the best service in the whole area. The quality of the food is good, the rooms are nice. Very good experience in Slovakia.

nice hotel with real 3 stars in small ski center

quite comfortable , lack of the lift can be difficult for elderly people, the only complain that during the dinner we had to wait for the hot dishes and also for desserts- they were not available all the time waiters and barman very pleseant

Pobyt weekendowy z Rodziną. Ładny i czysty apartament z elegancką łazienką. Bliskość stoków narciarskich oraz centrum miasteczka,a zarazem hotel jakby na uboczu.Cisza i spokój.Świetna sauna i jacuzzi.Polecam Rodzinom z dziećmi jak i Parom.Miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadania. Będąc w okolicy napewno nie ominę... ;)
