Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Villa Madda". 1.6 km from the centre of Dongo, 14 km from the centre of Menaggio, in a quiet position on a slope, 1.6 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, indoor pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Como" 50 km, pebble beach 1.6 km, grass beach 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Please note: car recommended. Don't select this rental for its pool

23/24 degree celcius max for an inhouse pool with an owner saying that it's normal and that's it ... you can't negociate ! The view is great but not totally honest, a large industrial wasteland is located just above the house. Every morning and sometimes in the middle of the night several motoridders are making enduro with an incredible noise. However it's a nice and comfortable house and the lake is a marvelous place for spending holidays

Entspannung pur

Erstmal lieben Dank an Eli, sie hat an alles gedacht. Das Starterset für uns und unseren Hund war eine tolle Überraschung. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und wir konnten uns richtig entspannen. Leider war die Espressomaschine defekt, aber Eli hat es innerhalb 1 Stunde mit einer neuen Maschine wieder gut gemacht. Das nennt man Gastfreundschaft :-)

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

der Urlaub im Haus Villa Maddalena war super! Wir wurden super lieb von Elli empfangen. Haben noch nie erlebt, dass uns zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Sekt, Obstkorb, Kekse, Nudeln, Tomatensoße und einen halb gefüllten Kühlschrank erwartet! Der tägliche Brötchenservice war mega und Elli hat alles zur besten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Einzige Manko ist, dass über dem Haus im Wald sehr viele Motocross Fahrer fahren! Was etwas die Ruhe stört!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Start set mit allem was das Herz begehrt für ein erstes Abendessen inklusive Nachtisch und Wein und Café! Grandios! Vielen Dank!

fantastischer Blick

Das Haus, die Aufteilung und der Blick sind toll. Reisen mit Hund ist durch das eingezäunte Grundstück perfekt. Leider war die Heizung aus und abends war es zu kalt. Die Couch ist sehr überholungsbedürftig. Der Ort ist nicht das Highlight, aber man kommt per Schiff (und natürlich Auto) überall hin.

traumhafte Aussicht

Wir waren mit 4 Personen vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch leider um diese Jahreszeit sehr klamm, da die Sonne bereits um 16.30 Uhr hinter dem Berg verschwindet. Den Pool haben wir als sehr kalt empfunden, die Sauna durfte wegen Corona nicht genutzt werden, was leider vorher nicht erwähnt wurde! Es gab Anfangs (wegen Desinfektionsproblemen!?) keine Auflagen für die Liegen, was wir sehr unschön fanden. Das größte Manko: ruhig ist es nicht, trotz der abgelegenen Lage!!!

Panoramablick über Comer See

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick auf den Comer See. Gut ist, dass die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss an heißen Tagen kühler bleiben. Der Pool ist sehr schön, allerdings war er uns und insbesondere unserem Filius mit 24°C (Thermometer der Poolanlage) zum Plantschen zu kühl - zum Schwimmen dagegen O.K. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen.

- 1 Std. täglich Schwimmbad von über 100 Tausendfüsslern reinigen - 1 Std. täglich Balkon von 20 versch. Büschen die Blätter etc. entfernen 1 Std. täglich die 20 versch. Töpfe und Pflanzen wässern - Sauna durfte nicht gebraucht werden, hätten wir gerne VORHER gewusst, Corona ist schon länger

In diesem sehr schönen Haus, mit dieser tollen Aussicht und dem schönen Pool kann man richtig entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
