"Property was well-located in Haeundae, a short walk to food and the beach. The hotel has good amenities, laundry machines for guests and very modern rooms. Only small complaints would be some slight wear and tear in the room (paint chips, scratched walls) that need just a bit of love. Nice stay overall."

"The room location is excellent, close to both the beach and the main district. However, the service system primarily uses Korean. While it can be switched to English display, it may not be fully comprehensive. Notably, the service contact app is exclusively in Korean, making phone or email more convenient for English communication. Service requests are responded to promptly. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Haeundae."

"Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. As it was winter we had a nice display of Christmas lights along the beach. Within 15 min walking distance to Haeundae subway station. The breakfast was wonderful surprise of various Korean dishes. "

"We had a great stay at the hound with our teenagers - the buffet breakfast was great value to feed hungry teens and the property is clean and within easy walking distance to the beach and main shopping area. The rooftop pool was a plus!!! "
