Well what can I say!!! This hotel was a fab hotel in a great location. The overall riding factor was the hotel staff. They treated us like family. From the moment we arrived and the warm welcome we received to the final day when we were waived off to the airport like you would a family member. All the staff from front of house to housekeeping were all so attentive. They remembered our names and always treated us when they saw us. Thomas Ross Tracey Aidan and Alan were only a few of the names I remembered. This fabulous hotel stay was MADE fabulous by the staff. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

It's not the first time we stayed there, and it didn't disappoint. The place is clean, with a mix of regular residents and travelers. We liked the buffet breakfast, with several choices of almond milk and low fat milk, chefs on standby to make eggs, omelets and pancakes. The pool is clean, not busy and the right temperature and depth. We particularly liked the pool (billiard) table which my son enjoyed a lot. Two staff, Hanh and Adam, are noteworthy, as they exceeded helpfulness and Hanh even took time from his break to play with my son, so 5 stars to them.

On arrival the reception staff discussed local things to do and places to eat over a welcome drink and snack. Meanwhile another member of staff had been to switch on the aircon in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast buffet varies most days, which makes a lovely change. It was a 15 minute walk to the night market, but you should download Grab (similar to Uber), which was very reasonable, if you wish to visit places any further.
