Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant.
Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated.
Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times.
We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. "

Bedrooms are amazing with my bed in the double room big enough to be classed as a small island. Wish i was staying longer to avail of the spa but definitely next time."
