"Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. "Our experience was great. The room (java) was a bit small and as a consequence we had no space for our suitcases. We were “forced” to unpack them. Service and Zen atmosphere in the Vila was relaxing . Heated swimming pool was wonderful, especially when we had it all for ourselves. We definitely advise this accommodation when you like a Zen environment. Just ensure you have a car. "
