Villachiadream is located in the village of chia 1.3 km from su portu beach this vacation home combines the most modern comfort with the charm of Sardinian style facilities. It is ideal for a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle

The villa is spread over 2 floors consists of a living/dining room with a sofa a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop , 2 bathrooms and a room with a luxurious jacuzzi with chromotherapy on the ceiling, 4 bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate 8 people.

The house is finely furnished, decorated and handcrafted finished in Sardinian style.

Amenities include wifi. air conditioning in every room and living room, a smart TV with streaming servicesi

Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and kettle.

This vacation home has a private outdoor area with a lighted swimming pool at night with an outdoor shower with hot water, a covered terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and chia tower, a balcony with a barbeque, and a private parking space

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Only 200 mt you can find supermarkets restaurants and public transportation to cagliari.

The nearest beach is 1.3 km away, the other fabulous beaches sonor reachable in a few minutes by car,

a riding school is 1 km and another nearby with fabulous trails on old Roman road that runs along the sea or admire the colonies of flamingos.

Pros: Villa accogliente e ben curata, perfettamente inserita nel contesto di Chia. Nessun eccesso, ma un ottimo livello comfort e qualità che rende il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piscina, contenuta ma ben inserita nel contesto, l’idromassaggio, il barbecue e le ottime dotazioni della cucina completano un’atmosfera davvero gradevole. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona e per fare la spesa al market o alle bancarelle locali. Proprietario davvero professionale, disponibile, gentile e molto attento. Una soluzione ideale per chi cerca relax, natura, autenticità e comfort senza ostentazioni.
