"Excellent Waterfront Hotel with very good facilities. Since it was early Spring some facilities were not available the indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to train station and ferry etc thereby enabling comfortable commute. The Last Hall restaurant was very good in terms of food and service and so was the Bar / Lounge near the lobby. Overall great property, great location and great staff. "

"The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book. "

"Hotel das not provided electric kettles ,coffee Machine. If you asking than you would be charge $10 a day. "

"All was great, especially the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Only minor problem was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. We would stay there again."
