In the hamlet Anunzo 6 km from the centre of Domodossola, 45 km from the centre of Verbania/Intra, 47 km from the centre of Locarno, on a slope, 45 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 100 m2, terraced garden (fenced), meadow, orchard. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). Public parking 200 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Domodossola" 6 km, pebble beach 47 km. Please note: car recommended. Please note: the fireplace in the living is the only heating option for the whole house (there is, however, an inlet to the bedroom).

We knew this property was rural, but the access road was a real nightmare. Single track almost too narrow for one car in places. House was full of ornaments and knickknacks which were dusty and smelly. It was very cluttered with no clear cupboards. We were advised shower was small but it gushed hot water which was fantastic. Bedding and towels were very clean.

Rustico

Ein reizendes Feriendomizil. Schöner grosszügiger Aussenbereich. Die Sessel sind zwar bequem aber sehr abgenutzt. Der Tisch ist zu lang. Ein kürzerer Tisch würde mehr Bewegungsfreiheit ermöglichen. Für die Küche wäre ein Brotmesser und ein grosses Gemüsemesser nützlich gewesen Insgesamt hat es uns trotz diesen Mängeln sehr gefallen, denn das Haus ist heimelig.

Rustico

Ein reizendes kleines Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Wir waren gerne da. Die Sessel sind zwar bequem aber sehr abgenutzt. Ein kleinerer Tisch würde mehr Bewegungsfreiheit ermöglichen. Es fehlte ein Brotmesser (wir haben eines gekauft) und ein grosses Gemüsemesser. Gute Betten und Matratzen.

Goeie ligging voor wandelen, omgeving bezoeken, stad vlakbij. Woning in orde, basic maar alles aanwezig. Wel weinig licht binnen, bij slecht weer wel ingesloten gevoel. Gelukkig goed weer gehad!

Typisches Haus mit Charme

Das Häuschen ist ein ehemaliger Stall, der sehr nett in passendem Stil zum Ferienhaus umgebaut wurde. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, passt aber gut zum Charakter des Hauses. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit Grill, Tisch, 4 Garten- und 2 Liegestühlen. Die Fahrt bis Domodossola dauert ca. 8 Minuten. Direkt vom Haus führen schöne Spazierwege in beide Richtungen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Uriges Rustico in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben uns in diesem heimeligen Riustico sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Dörfchen Anzuno liegt hoch am Hang mit schönem Blick ins Tal. Ein beliebter Wanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Ossola-Tal zu erkunden.

Schönes Haus im Grünen, sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Nette unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Schöne Stadt und gute Infrastruktur in Domodossola. Als „Basislager“ zum wandern ideal.

Donker huis op mooie plek

De woning is prachtig gelegen, maar het huisje zelf is zeer oncomfortabel: donker zonder voldoende verlichtings-mogelijkheden om te lezen bijv., Slecht ingerichte keuken: geen waterkoker, onvoldoende modern keukengerief. Met een beetje moeite zou er echt iets mooi van kunnen gemaakt worden dat zijn prijs waard is !

Urchiges Steinhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das gemütliche Ferienhaus mit Chemine, das direkt am Wanderweg liegt, hat uns sehr gefallen. Für Wanderer oder Mountainbiker ist es ein genialer Ferienort. Die absolut ruhige Lage in Anzuno haben wir sehr geniessen können. Dass man das Auto einige Meter vor dem Haus parkieren mussten, fanden wir nicht als störend. Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich freundlich , hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Anfangsinformationen vermittelt. Der Markt samstags in Domodossola ist absolut genial.

Vanuit vakantiehuis mooie wandelroutes. Vakantiehuis: inrichting eenvoudig, iets aan de donkere kant, verder uitstekend. Wij vonden het een mooi smal weggetje vanuit Domodossola naar het vakantiehuis, Niet geschikt voor voor onervaren autorijders. Rondom Domodossola prachtige wandelgebieden.

Einfache, aber sehr charmante ...

Einfache, aber sehr charmante Unterkunft, sehr netter Empfang. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Traumhaft ruhige Umgebung, Nachbarn, mit denen man einen Schwatz halten kann (wenn man Italienisch beherrscht). Vom Parkplatz muss man das Gepäck noch rd. 150 m Schotterweg den Berg hochtragen, also keine Rollkoffer mitnehmen, sondern lieber Taschen oder Rucksäcke. Reisetipps: Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen), aber auch für Touren in die Berge.Domodossola ist ein schönes kleines Städtchen mit einem Renaissance–Marktplatz und guten kleinen Restaurants.Der Carrefour (Supermarkt) bietet alles an italienischen Lebensmitteln, die man für ein gelungenes Abendessen braucht.
