We enjoyed our stay at the Sunscape very much. Yaritza in the sun club cafe was awesome! the staff were really nice all around. The hotel was very well kept for the most part. The pool pumps didnt seem to workthe kids water park was not working while we were there

The room was nice, the staff was smiley, energy was good ! The food was awesome ! Nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel if you’re a laid back person who wants to chill and disconnect from their routine !
