"Of the dozen or so properties we have rented in the area this was the most disappointing. A twenty minute walk to the village set in a hollow in perpetual shade. A small gloomy house, the main bedroom was up a steep staircase with no opening window and low ceiling. The second was small, no wardrobe just a few shelves resulting in suitcases left on floor. Nowhere to socialise apart from the dining table. The house can be described as mean. We had a small dog which was attacked by the owners large Alsatian, when confronted the owner stood two inches from my face and yelled at me with eyes bulging, had I not walked away am convinced he would have become physical. We left the next day."

"Excellent Gite, Madam Tramier was a great host, she showed us around the apartment which was well equipped, including very good WiFi. We a family of four stayed 8 days to explore the Provence and the Gite is perfectly located to visit other towns. St Remy is only 10 minutes drive away, with cafes and supermarkets We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was quiet, peaceful, great view of Les Alpilles, lovely gardens and not forgetting the playful Arya the dog and cat. Will definitely come and stay again."

"We had booked for 10 nights but had to leave after 3 as my sister sustained injury after falling through the bridge that is the only access point to and from the property. If either my older parents or young children had fallen through the bridge, it could have been much worse. The condition of the bridge was unsafe and appears to have been poorly maintained. Although the owner attempted a repair on the same day of the accident, we had no confidence in its adequacy and left the property on an emergency basis. The booking agency Cocoonr did not assist us at all with this. Apart from this incident, there were additional problems:• there was a water leak inside the property after rainfall one night which caused a puddle to form on the tiled hallway floor – a clear slipping hazard, especially for children or older adults.• apart from the area around the pool, the garden was not well maintained and was strewn with debris and discarded tools — a stark contrast to the clean and well-kept outdoor space shown in the listing photos.• upon arrival, the property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard for a holiday rental. We had to mop floors, unclog overflowing shower drains, etc. The property is in a lovely location but the owner and agency should seriously reconsider the safety and cleanliness protocols for this listing before continuing to rent it out. We had hoped for a relaxing family holiday here but unfortunately for us it was anything but. "

"Very clean and beautiful. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our host was wonderful. The air conditioner is powerful and works well. All of the linens and towels were perfect. It is a quiet community on the outskirts of the village. Everything we needed was there. We plan to go back next summer."

"Amazing!! An awesome Provence experience, the pool area is stunning, accommodation is perfect with everything you need for a romantic week away. Charming hosts who make you feel very welcome - just double check with them as the pool area is listed as private however we had a few family members drop in for a swim and a sunbake."
