Disliked: Staff & service
!!!!!!!!!AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!! So I booked this property on Expedia but it was through Vrbo . I booked it back in April almost 3 months before we was due to arrive. I booked it for a ultra marathon event I had planned . As we was making our 3 hour journey to property, I messaged the host, for some check in details etc. The property owner had only sold it on Air B&B at a higher rate . She wasn't apologetic in anyway and a unhelpful individual. And we was 1 hour away from dolgellau on a ultra marathon weekend . As you can imagine, all accommodation was almost all sold out. Luckily the amazing team at Expedia refunded me and we was able to bag the last room in dolgellau. Will never book with this host again.
