New furnished 4* apartment with terrace and private parking.

  • Hello,
    I am renting a magnificent furnished T2 of 42 M2 on the garden level of a small building not far from the city centre of Dole.

    You will find a private parking space in the courtyard of the building 10m from the entrance of the accommodation. The accommodation consists of a small courtyard under development. From the front door you will find the living room with a 4-seater sofa that can be transformed into a double bed for 2 people, a lift-up coffee table, a TV cabinet with a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, board games, connected speaker, free wifi with free TV channel and dumbbells for sports.

    In the extension is the fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 4 people, fridge/freezer, storage cupboard, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, food processor, rubbish bin, all utensils, cutlery, plates, necessary for 4 people.

    All at the back is a separate toilet on the right and the bathroom on the left with 90*90 shower, washing machine, dryer, towel dryer, washbasin, hairdryer and all the essentials, towel, flannel, shower gel, shampoo for 4 people.

    The separate bedroom consists of a large bed in 160*200 with very good French bedding, 2 bedside lights, a drying rack, an iron, a large wardrobe with mirror, large wardrobe, storage and the necessary sheet, pillow and duvet for 4 people.

    There is a closet with all the necessary for cleaning, vacuum cleaner, feather duster, broom, brush shovel, buckets and mop, dust broom as well as all household products.

    Heating and hot water production is electric.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
    The accommodation is completely new, elegantly decorated, you will be sure to be charmed.
    Several options possible, concerning cleaning, sheets and arrival and departure times, to be agreed together before booking.
