The accommodation is located in the centre of Dol-de-Bretagne, a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to supermarkets (Intermarché, Super U, Lidl, Carrefour). This perfectly situated accommodation is near attractive towns such as Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinard, and Dinan, and 25 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. You will stay in a fully renovated 55 m² two-story annex, which can accommodate up to 6 people with the possibility of adding a folding cot for a baby. 2 bedrooms: 1 large double bed (1st bedroom), 2 single beds (2nd bedroom), bed linen, duvet covers and pillowcases provided. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Washing machine, hairdryer, towels, toilet paper and liquid hand soap available. Living room with sofa bed, television and Wi-Fi access. Kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood (charcoal filter), fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette grill, fondue set, kettle and coffee maker. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils (cutlery) and dishwashing liquid are provided. You will also find an ironing board with an iron at your disposal. You can also enjoy a garden with a pergola, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Small, non-dangerous pets are allowed. A maximum of two pets are permitted.
