Beautiful Dokkum
We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful place in the heart of Dokkum. Our Host, Mient was very responsive to messaging; so accommodating; and very happy to assist us with planning activities and he gave great advice. Though we only spent one full day in Dokkum, it was a great day! We also visited so many other Friesian Towns from this home base. We participated in the Elfstedentocht, which was great fun. Dokkum was a stop on the route. The historic home was very nicely renovated and comfortable. All amenties were considered here. We even had a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers awaiting our arrival. I would most definitely recommend this great accommodation to anyone wishing to visit this part of the Netherlands. I would certainly love to stay here again if I ever find myself in Friesland in the future

Wonderful Apartment in a great Dutch town

Dokkum De Koesfabriek
De Koesfabriek is perfectly located in the vicinity of the beautiful town of Dokkum. The host Mient is very friendly and open to provide help. The appartment is very unique in style, tastefully decorated and we did not miss anything. Dokkum offers perfect opportunities to visit near-by located places like Wierum, Ameland seashore or Leeuwarden. Dokkum and De Koesfabriek - a place to come back. W.

Dokkum, eine Überraschung.
De Koesfabriek, ein Kleinod in dieser wunderschönen Altstadt von Dokkum. Alles war genau, wie beschrieben und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt und man kann sogar als Erwachsener in der kuscheligen Koje schlafen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und wir hatten einen netten persönlichen Kontakt. Alles topp 👍

Tolle Unterkunft
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gemütlich eingerichtet und das Frühstück war auch total liebevoll angerichtet und schmeckte lecker. Alle Betten sind auch für Erwachsene ausreichend groß und sehr bequem. Mient ist ein fürsorglicher Gastgeber, hat auf Nachrichten direkt geantwortet und auch immer einen passenden Link zu Unternehmungen geschickt und sich erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Das B&B de Koesfabriek und Dokkum an sich sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Es war ein ganz tolles Wochenende, vielen Dank Mient! Können wir 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern
Es waren sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft die sehr gut gelegen ist. In der Stadt ist man zu Fuß in 3min. Und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Den Kanal vor der Tür es hätte nicht schöner sein können. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben bei Fragen sofort und gern weitergeholfen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen!

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen
Die Koesfabriek ist ein gemütliches und stilvolles Apartment, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Dazu gehört die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, die guten Betten und der gemütliche Wohnbereich. Von Dokkum aus lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Ameland, Schiermonnikoog und Groningen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und die freundlichen Gastgeber!

Super hübsche Apartment- sehr empfehlenswert
Der Besitzer, Mient hatte uns persönlich herzlich begrüßt und die super hübsche Wohnung gezeigt. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern und noch schöner. Wir haben eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen, frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Es gab nette Kleinigkeiten überall- kleine Kekse und Bon Bons. Die haben Schirme falls gebraucht wird. Bademäntel.... und und und... Die Betten sind außerordentlich bequem . Fahrräder können in die Garage eingefahren werden. Gegenüber kann Mann kostenlos dein Auto parken. Ein Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Ich kann es nur wärmsten empfehlen. Wir haben eine super Zeit gehabt. Danke an die Vermieter. Super Hosts!!!

Heerlijk appartement in prachtig stadje Dokkum
Prettig ontvangst en fijne communicatie met eigenaar. Zeer behulpzaam. Lekker appartement met alles inbegrepen. Fijn bad. Kinderen vonden slapen in bedstee ook erg leuk. Dokkum is een zeer gezellige stad waar je goed kunt eten en winkelen. Omgeving veel te doen. Dag Leeuwarden, Wadlopen, pannenkoeken trein, sloep varen. Top week gehad.
