excellent hotel overall, we were very well received, the rooms are rather clean, the staff at our service. the heated swimming pool on the roof of the hotel is very good but without an on-site bar. the restaurant on the other hand is minimalist. access to a gym also

Room is big , AC is very cool which is good . Furniture is old , breakfast is okay for a 3 stars hotel but the worst will be the stuff . Very unprofessional, lacking politeness. Overall experience i wont be choosing it again .

My first day didn't go well. There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. An hour or so later my hubby and I got horrible headaches and were tired. We took meds and sleep most of the day. I investigated further and realized the odor was coming from black mold throughout the shower area. All the crevices, joints, tile and under the sink were filled will black mold. We are highly allergic and thus it explains why we were sick. The next day I asked to be changed rooms. The lady at the front desk was very kind and moved us to a different room. The new bathroom did have some black mold but it was minimal. I experienced very little odor and no more symptoms. I recommend that you scrub the showers with a strong brush weekly using a strong disinfectant. Then spraying daily with disinfectant. That will reduce and/or eliminate the mold. My new room was much better, comfortable and I enjoyed the view of the park. All staff were friendly. Security was very helpful, friendly and do there jobs very well. Cleaning guys were great. The tall skinny one who cleaned my room on 5th floor daily, did a great job and was very nice.

The address listed on the property takes one a wrong place. It took my can driver 30-40 mins just to find the place. Google map search for the hotel also leads to a wrong location. I found the staff friendly. Some fixtures in my bathroom were old and cracked. The place was ok for an overnight layover.

Safes are not bolted down so no point in using them. We had to ask 5 times for them to come and fix the complete lack of hot water in our room. They never came to clean the room even though we asked them to. Don't stay here.
