We had a fantastic time at the hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and definitely feels like a five-star spot. It's conveniently close to restaurants. The pool was very nice, the lifeguard kindly gave our one-year-old a float to enjoy it safely. The staff were super friendly, especially to our daughter. Great stay overall!

Comfortable stay during business trip

As a business traveler, the hotel was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bed, large standard room. All the standard amenities, both espresso and regular coffee in the room which I appreciated due to irregular hours while I travel. Wifi was sufficient for video calls. Overall very nice upscale hotel. Clearly not ‘brand new’, but very well maintained and still great ambience.

Eric was lovely assisting us in room 418 from giving us our bags to our room, was very friendly and lovely will miss his presence! The receptionists could of been abit more useful at times but the hotel restaurant staff were lovely especially prokash and khaled and the Philippines woman working there. We enjoyed getting our luggages and baggages from the car to the hotel and the Nepalese staff was lovely dont know his name. Overall was a 5* hotel felt luxurious and i had a good night sleep without any club disturbance for my child. Would recommend room service putting in bags in bathroom but lovely room service staff also the lift was abit problematic as it would close would would suggest adding sensors to stop l. Overall i enjoyed my staff at the hotel got abit bored with breakfast but nonetheless great stay! We love this hotel! Thanks guys for making it extremely hospitalible for us!

Check in wasnt welcoming at all maybe she was having a bad day. Bit rude. Can hear all the noise from neighbouring and adjacent rooms. Not for me wouldn’t recommend it on this basis. The guy blowing his nose and on his phone for most of the night was difficult. I didn’t get any sleep. That aside food and drink pretty good as was the rooftop bar. Iron and hairdryer were spot on really good quality. Bed has a gap between headboard and mattress. House cleaning was sufficient. Shower wasn’t the best. Overall I’d say room wise probably a 3/4 star
