We had 2 nights in Doha in transit to Japan. Loved it! The hotel provided excellent service, location, facilities and friendliness. The pool was very welcome after a long 44degC day walking around Doha. Excellent value for money

Very good experience staying at Ibis Doha. The property and the room were very clean, the staff was awesome (shout-out to Mr Baya for great manners, nice conversation and all the help he offered with room service), the bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet deal was excellent, great staff at the restaurant, fresh food and veggies and delicious made to order eggs. One thing I would suggest including is Kleenex in the room (mine didn't have). I'd definitely stay again in Ibis Doha and recommend it to family and friends

Excellent service and front desk reception personnel. Great room, new build, spotless clean. Only downside was the lack of air, windows don't open and AC a bit noisy, when turned off you feel lack of air.

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and my experience was amazing thanks to Baya. From the start, he was very kind and made me feel welcome. Baya went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He knew a lot about the area and gave me great tips on places to visit and eat. Whether I needed directions or just wanted to chat, Baya was always there for me. He is truly doing more than his job. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made my stay even better. I want to thank Baya and the whole Ibis team for their kindness. I would love to stay here again because of such a wonderful team. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ibis, for a memorable stay!

I recently stayed at ibis, and while the experience was okay, there were several areas that could use improvement. First, I faced delays both during check-in and check-out, which was inconvenient. The rooms are quite small, and amenities are very limited—you have to request them each time, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was below average and didn’t meet expectations. Overall, while the stay was manageable, I feel there’s significant room for improvement in both service and offerings.

Clean room, but room was not ready when i checked in around 11pm. Room service charges 10 QAR for a small bucket of ice. Breakfast restaurant opens at 6am but my flight was at 7am so I tried to order room service at 4am. The line rang for a long time but room service did not answer. I decided to walk 7 minutes to Dairy Queen which is open 24 hours. As I walk through the hotel lobby at 4am, there were several staff members just standing around the reception desk.

Our first Room on Floor4 supposedly the Non Smoking Floor reeked of cigarette smoke.It took until 3pm on Day 2 to get moved to a new room on Floor 6.Duty Manager finally sorted out the move but it took from 8.00am to get the issue resolved....during this time we stayed out of our room to avoid the stench of smoke.Certainly not a good response time.
