Good hotel with some teething issues

The wifi didnt work at all. The room phone wasnt working too...like even if i dialed 1 it didnt get to the reception...it just said i dialed the wrong number...checking in also took quite awhile. The staff was however very nice and sweet... the rooms were very nice and comfortable.
