The hotel is new and has a great vibe. The ice cream in the room was a delight.
The check-in process a bit convoluted but maybe that was due to our late arrival. The rooms are small but have some nice touches. Amenities are limited, are available only in the lobby, and you have to pay for some of them.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Ebisu train station which has great route options.
