I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. It was not as clean or as well taken care of.......If someone is NOT handicapped, it is rather awkward to deal with low towel racks etc. I'm inclined not to go back.....there are plenty of choices in that area."
