"Was nice we usually stay here on our trips and are used to it being a family and dog friendly hotel. This particular time we had a parent knocking then banging on a door at 1:00 am. Checking on their kid who was alone in the room. Called front desk they already knew that was going on, so i asked when it would stop their responses was when the kid wakes up. This went on for almost an hour. Idk why the kid was alone or why the parent didn't have an eztra key. But makes me consider looking into a different place to stay. Do better staff."
