"Situated on busy roads means traffic noise. No choice of pillows which were all uncomfortable. Mattress uncomfortable. Steep flight of stairs from road to 1st floor where reception is, no lift. Great local restaurants & wonderful scenery."

"Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay."

"Looks like it has been newly refurbished. Our room was beach facing with a lovely balcony. TBH we were so surprised how good it was. Everything was new and clean. Big swivel tv and lovely faux fireplace."
