The detached holiday home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a lively environment, in a residential area, in the town centre. The House is located in Šilo, 100m from the sea. Apartment(100m2) is on four floors which can hold up to 8 people. Apartment is nicely decorated and fully equiped. Cellar with more wine varieties, ground floor has kitchen, spacious dining area and bathroom with bathtub and toilet, washing machine. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet, 2nd floor has kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has 2 balconies and a terrace, with sea views, each floor has air conditioning. Pets are allowed. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a parking lot in the village. Public car parking (not on the property) Public car park with extra charge.
