This luxurious and modern flat is located in a quiet apartment complex just 30 metres from the sea, surrounded by nature, many bays, pebble beaches and hiking trails. It offers a communal saltwater pool (36 m2), which is open from May to October and whose temperatures usually reach 20-26 °C. The flat is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a modern kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The dining area and living room offer a cosy space with a sofa and smart TV, while free WiFi is available throughout the building.
The covered balcony (10 m2) offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower and offers direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. The apartment complex is located just 1 km from the town centre, which is a leisurely 15-minute walk along the coast. Nearby you will find a pebble beach with a beach bar as well as a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. Next to the complex, a diving centre offers lessons for beginners and guided dives for experienced divers. This centre is also home to one of the best restaurants in the region, serving a selection of traditional Mediterranean dishes. Free private parking is available and each room is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.
