Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at sitting area, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 35 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (3 burners), exhaust hood and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. At the village entrance, 150 m from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. 1 parking space for each residential unit.
