"I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did."

"There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did ..."
