Living in a country house (2 people)

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still want to be in Bautzen quickly, then you've come to the right place.
The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree valley.
Our cozy holiday room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a TV. The bathroom with shower as well as the kitchen and dining room, if other guests have booked during this period, will be shared with a maximum of two other people.
If you would like to use the entire apartment for yourself (up to 4 people), please use our other ad.
The holiday room also has a fireplace in the garden, where cozy barbecues can be held.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung. Zwei Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnraum, Küche und Bad. Allerdings ist für das wirklich große Bad die Dusche sehr klein. Ansonsten alles bestens. Ausreichend Parkplätze im Hof, ein schöner Freisitz hinter dem Haus, auch mit Grillmöglichkeit.

Burschenhof

Die Küche ist wunderbar groß, dass man bequem dort essen kann. Ich habe eine Mikrowelle vermisst, aber der Herd ist toll und die Töpfe, die Pfannen ausreichen. Für den Backofen wäre Backpapier schön gewesen. Ich habe mich gefreut über das Tiefkühlfach. Gesamtwertung prima.

Einschätzung

Es ist eine großzügige, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht.In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie die Altstadt von Bautzen oder den Stasi-Knast.Für die kulinarische Versorgung gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten welche mit dem Auto in ca 10min zu erreichen sind.

Preis-Leistung top!

Prima Lage: man ist schnell per Auto, Bus oder Rad in der Stadt, im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, um die Ecke 2 Spielplätze, ein Tennisplatz und Radwege, z.B. ins schöne Spreetal Die Wohnung ist großzügig und zu viert hatten wir genügend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich bietet bei schlechtem Wetter auch mit Kindern die Möglichkeit, diese mit selbst mitgebrachtem Spielzeug zu beschäftigen, ohne dass man sich gleich auf die Füße tritt. Das Bad ist großzügig, sehr sauber und bietet viel Stauraum für die eigenen Badutensilien. Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Bad barrierefrei. Der Zugang zur Wohnung selbst jedoch nicht. Das ist auch der einzige Haken, den wir finden konnten und war für uns nicht relevant gewesen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und umgänglich. Das Parken ist im Hof möglich. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich schräg gegenüber und wird von 4 Buslinien bedient. Hier kehren wir gerne wieder ein und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in einer sauberen, gut ausgestatteten und geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber in 5 min mit dem Auto ist man in der Innenstadt. Wir emofanden das als sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr fteundlich und entgegenkommend. Top!
