A truly grand, elegant hotel located in the center of the city. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food served by their restaurant is delicious. I especially love the beautiful staircase in the center of the hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel has no right to be classified as a 5 st

This hotel has no right to be classified as a 5 star I have stayed in 3 star hotels that had more to offer 1 no service, you can’t even get a coffee 2 no English speaking channel, not even for News 3 they are using a little dustbin that is broken and has no lid, this hotel is definitely not a 5 or 4 star

The staff are excellent, and so is the location. The rooms are quiet, but this is an old, EXTREMELY TIRED, property. The breakfast is unappetizing and the coffee is undrinkable. I will not stay here again.

This is a marvelous hotel in the center of Dnipro. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with amenities. The hotel restaurant was delicious. I would gladly stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel, old fashion style. Room very cosy with all moderne facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast not very interesting though. But will be very happy to stay there again ☺️

My first time to Dnipro & so glad to have chosen this hotel. staff was great, nice size room, very clean all throughout. Great Spa and spa/pool amenities. Would def. recommend & stay again.

Great central location close to main shopping district in Dnipro. Classic older hotel with pillared lobby and grand staircase. High ceiling rooms, very clean and staff is constantly making sure stay is comfortable. Chocolate on pillow every night and doorman at front all hours. Front desk staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to another city. Breakfast with meal was ok although limited to same items every morning, and cold , but I ate near end of availability at 930-10 so give them some leeway there. Cost to me was about the same as an run of mill motel back home, so not bad. Location is top notch next to bus and tram system and right in heart of shoooing district and many restaurants.

Hotel is well located near city centre, good restaurants, cafes and transport. Limited parking, but i was able to park my car no issue. The staff were courteous and efficeint, and the building is a beautiful old building, clean, spacious, but very dated. Rooms are spacious, old, bathrooms also, shower/bath combined. No iron, my wife asked for one, tipped the girl who came and said there was no iron but she would do it, and on leaving hotel charged for it too. Irons should be standard in all rooms. This is a good, old style hotel, and i would stay again. It is a good example of a solid 4 star hotel

Nice atmosphere

This is an older but well kept hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice spa area. The food in the restaurant was outstanding! Great location too.
