"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. "Good value for money hotel, close to city walls in old city. Good breakfast. A bit noisy, which is typical in Turkey but OK for a couple of nights. Good soundproofing as walls concrete but lots of noise from doors slamming shut near my room!! Would come again. "
