Appartement dans une belle résidence très bien situé avec une vue sur la mer et le port. La location était propre et fonctionnel seul bémol la chambre est assez petite et pas de fenêtre. Belles ballades à faire à pied ou à vélo en longeant la promenade de marcel Proust …

Potenzial nach oben

Eine Wohnung mit schönen Ausblick. Bleibt aber ihren Möglichkeiten zurück. Bilder waren nicht an den Wänden sondern im Schrank und verpackt auf der Kommode stehend. Wände kahl und fehlende Gemütlichkeit. Darüberhinaus war die Wohnung nicht sauber übergeben worden. Auf dem Bettschonbezug waren Haare vorhanden und das Steppbettdecke waren Flecken vorhanden. Die Duschschiebetüren und die untere Duschtürführung waren ungepflegt und verschmutzt. Das Bad,speziell die Rohrleitungen waren verschmutzt.

Appartement avec vu imprenable sur le port et mer. Résidence haut standing. Salle de bain juste propre. Chambre = cagibi ( très petite ) Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffé mais est très propre et bien entretenu. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Idéal pour 2 personnes

Points positifs : Vue à couper le souffle,. Apparemment récent et propre. Un second jeu de clé est nécessaire. Points négatifs : Appartement idéal pour 2 pers. Gros pb avec le canapé convertible inconfortable non par vétusté mais par la qualité des lattes et du matelas. Notre fille a dû dormir en mettant le matelas au sol pendant 15 jours, il devrait être changé. Dernier point très négatif la piscine magnifique mais pas chauffée 19/20°C, étonnant pour la Normandie.

Un week-end au calme

Bel appartement, balcon agréable avec une jolie vue. Proche de tout à pieds ou en vélo. Seul bémol le canapé lit vraiment très inconfortable !

Vacances à Cabourg

Appartement petit mais propre et confortable, très calme, idéal petite famille. La piscine et la plage à proximité sont vraiment un plus. Balcon avec vue imprenable sur le port et sur les couchers de soleil. C'était très agréable !

Séjour en avril

Sentiment très partagé pour ce studio cabine. Positif : la vue imprenable du balcon et l'emplacement géographique. Negatif : un mobilier très bas de gamme et inconfortable, tant le lit que le canapé qui grincent. La cabine pour dormir n'a pas de fenêtre, cela donne un sentiment d'enfermement.Nous avons dû changer la literie car de grosses auréoles d'urine ....Devant cet inconfort nous avons quitté le studio au bout de 3 jours au lieu des 5 payés et nous venions du sud de la France.

La chambre était très petite, pas de place pour se déplacer et faire le lit, aucun placard pour ranger. Idéal pour un couple sans enfant. Le lave vaisselle a eut un problème de lavage ( verres tout blanc de calcaire).

Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig, am besten für zwei Personen oder zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder, da das Auszugsofa für erwachsene nicht geeignet ist. Die Gefahr dass dies brechen könnte ist zu groß. Sehr guter Standort um Ausflüge in die geschichtsträchtige Umgebung oder ausgedehnte strandspaziergänge zu unternehmen. Die in der Umgebung stattfindende Wochenmärkte sind kulinarisch sehr ansprechend..

Super Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar schön, zum Strand sind es ca 10Min, auch super. Der Balkon, klasse. Fahrstuhl und Pool sind auch klasse. Aber, die luftleere Kammer in Form des Schlafzimmers...nunja... Wir haben getrennt geschlafen, Schlafsofa komplett durchgelegen und knarrt bei jeder Drehung, war echt nicht schön... Die Begrüßung, nur im Büro und man bekommt eine Mappe und ein Willkommensgruß, dieser Gruß beinhaltet Putzmittel... Da fühlten wir uns etwas verarscht. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön

Jolie vue, résidence sympa

Vue agréable sur le port et la mer. Résidence cossue, bien entretenue. L appartement est + que minimaliste mais pr 3 nuits nous pouvions faire avec, cependant ns avons eu la désagréable surprise de trouver un appt sale ds chaque pièce, en particulier les alèses non changées pleines de saletés. Lorsqu en rendant les clefs au bureau nous avons fait part de cette saleté, aucune excuse mais le reproche de ne pas l avoir signalé le jr de ntre arrivée... Pas très pro ni sympa Interhome...

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich schön, es ist alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster und ist sehr klein. Für 2 Personen ok. Nicht schön ist auch das permament die Lüftung läuft, im Bad und Wohnzimmer/Küche. Die Lüftung ist aber sehr leise, man gewöhnt sich dann daran, aber schön ist anders, d.h. wenn man Sie ausstellen könnte. Der Kühlschrank hat zwar ein kleines Eisfach, aber das funktioniert nicht, d.h. ein Eis war den nächsten Tag flüssig. :-(. WLAN nur gegen Aufpreis.
