In the district of Port Guillaume 800 m from the centre of Dives-sur-Mer, 3 km from the centre of Cabourg, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (20 x 9 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 800 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Port Guillaume" 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 3.1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 3 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sailing school 300 m (in season). Shopping arcade open in season. Un week-end au calme
Bel appartement, balcon agréable avec une jolie vue. Proche de tout à pieds ou en vélo. Seul bémol le canapé lit vraiment très inconfortable !

Appartement petit mais propre et confortable, très calme, idéal petite famille. La piscine et la plage à proximité sont vraiment un plus. Balcon avec vue imprenable sur le port et sur les couchers de soleil. C'était très agréable !

La chambre était très petite, pas de place pour se déplacer et faire le lit, aucun placard pour ranger.
Idéal pour un couple sans enfant.
Le lave vaisselle a eut un problème de lavage ( verres tout blanc de calcaire).

Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig, am besten für zwei Personen oder zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder, da das Auszugsofa für erwachsene nicht geeignet ist. Die Gefahr dass dies brechen könnte ist zu groß.
Sehr guter Standort um Ausflüge in die geschichtsträchtige Umgebung oder ausgedehnte strandspaziergänge zu unternehmen. Die in der Umgebung stattfindende Wochenmärkte sind kulinarisch sehr ansprechend..

Super Aussicht
Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar schön, zum Strand sind es ca 10Min, auch super. Der Balkon, klasse.
Fahrstuhl und Pool sind auch klasse.
Aber, die luftleere Kammer in Form des Schlafzimmers...nunja...
Wir haben getrennt geschlafen, Schlafsofa komplett durchgelegen und knarrt bei jeder Drehung, war echt nicht schön...
Die Begrüßung, nur im Büro und man bekommt eine Mappe und ein Willkommensgruß, dieser Gruß beinhaltet Putzmittel... Da fühlten wir uns etwas verarscht.
Ansonsten ist es sehr schön

Résidence sécurisée
Pas très loin à pied grâce à la passerelle du centre ville de Cabourg et de la grande plage.
Jolie vue avec balcon sur mer et petit port.
Parking devant la résidence.
Appartement spacieux pour deux c’était parfait.

Sehr schöner Ausblick.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich schön, es ist alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster und ist sehr klein. Für 2 Personen ok. Nicht schön ist auch das permament die Lüftung läuft, im Bad und Wohnzimmer/Küche. Die Lüftung ist aber sehr leise, man gewöhnt sich dann daran, aber schön ist anders, d.h. wenn man Sie ausstellen könnte. Der Kühlschrank hat zwar ein kleines Eisfach, aber das funktioniert nicht, d.h. ein Eis war den nächsten Tag flüssig. :-(. WLAN nur gegen Aufpreis.

Une vue à couper le souffle qui embrasse à la fois le port, l'estuaire et la mer. Tout confort et pratique avec un accès réservé à la piscine. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très bien situé , le logement est agréable et très propre ,Cependant,il manque d’aménagement et de décoration,c’est le strict minimum . Nous avons eu un problème avec la lunette des WC cassée et non réparée pendant notre séjour et l’alese du lit de la chambre très tachée n’ avait pas été changé.
